自动桥式汽车采样装置是适应煤炭、冶金、化工、电力、港口等行业,针对汽车进厂原料进行自动采样而专门设计生产的,整套系统工作过程可实现自动进行样品采集、制样、缩分和集样。其形式可分为BLCYO型桥式汽车采样装置和BLCYM型门式汽车采样装置,根据现场和用户要求,可选择理想的配置。
采样工艺符合GB/T19494-2004国家标准要求

采样头升降主要有:液压驱动、链条驱动、电动绞车驱动、齿条齿轮驱动等形式
结构形式有:单跨单车、单跨双车等形式

工作流程/Work process
采样机到达预定采样点后,行走机构自动锁紧,启动采制样系统,并由上下进给装置驱动进至预设煤层深处开始采样,集料斗门关闭,达到采样深度后,采样头回至上部极限位置,小车行走至放料点,物料放入集料斗内(重复以上步骤2次)三点采样完成,大车行走至放料原点,集料斗自动开启,煤样经过输送机输送至制样单元系统内,经过破碎缩分,所需煤样集A样品瓶,余煤经余料返回系统进八余料储存处。同时采样头放完煤样后,又返回到所设采样点,准备下一煤车采样。当下一煤车到达采样点后,启动采制样系统,开始采样,同时集料斗门关闭。
